trying to have a good day with complicated stuff on your mind

when you have other troubles on your mind when you go out you just have to put those troubles aside an enjoy the rest of the day. do something that will take your mind off things and the stress in your life. smile like you have no troubles and everyone will think your ok. but its up to you if you want to talk about what happen to make it a little easier. it helps when you tell someone and hurt when you keep it inside then nobody is not going to know what your thinkng or feeling. its a rough world out there and if you cant face it and get over things then its just going to pull you in. so you should decide if your ready for whats out there.
